Tony Piccolo and the Massachusetts Elks Association Does it Again!

Tony Piccolo, a member of the Medford-Malden Elks Lodge #915 and President of the Massachusetts Elks Association, made a donation to The Community Family’s Medford center for the third consecutive year. All members of the MA Elks Association leadership get to make donations from the association to a non-profit of their choice and Tony has designated his three donations to The Community Family. We are very grateful for his thoughtfulness and the generosity of Elks Assocation! Here is Tony posing with Medford center RN Lynette.

The Community Family, Inc.

The Community Family (TCF) was founded in Everett, MA in 1978 with a $20,000 grant and borrowed space. It was founded by a group of local families and professionals who were concerned about the few community options available at that time. The Everett center was one of Massachusetts’ first adult day health centers and quickly demonstrated the effectiveness and affordability of community-based long term care services – a novel approach at the time.
